Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Office Assistant to support our administrative team with various office tasks. This is a part-time, flexible position perfect for someone looking for a work-life balance and an opportunity to grow within a supportive, family-oriented practice. As the Office Assistant, you will play an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stuffing and organizing envelopes for outgoing mail
- Preparing and organizing folders for patient files
- Operating the postage machine for outgoing mail
- Scanning and digitally filing documents
- Ensuring office supplies and documents are properly organized and maintained
- Assisting with other general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow office protocols
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
