We’re looking for a Leadership and HR Development Facilitator and Coach to work directly with our clients HR professionals and leaders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate or co-facilitate online (and occasionally onsite) training offerings targeted mainly to leaders and HR audiences using a variety of creative techniques aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Deliver coaching using the proficiencies and competencies outlined by the ICF at ACC level with external clients as part of McLean & Company's leadership development coaching offering.
  • Engage in effective coaching conversations with leadership clients, demonstrating active listening skills and asking powerful questions to guide leaders in finding their own solutions to aid their professional development.
  • Manage a high volume of sessions while ensuring flexibility in working hours to meet client expectations across different time zones.
  • Support the implementation of coaching and training projects (lead scoping calls, prepare documentation, manage delivery schedule, coordinate with the client, coordinate with other coaches).
  • Partner with our commercial teams to demonstrate “proof of concept” for our products and services to potential clients, assess client needs, and scope requirements.
  • This role requires up to 30% travel and the ability to obtain a TN visa.

Please note: We are open to candidates located in Canada who are willing to work business hours in EST with flexibility to accommodate clients in different time zones.

Essential Skills / Education:


  • ICF certification at minimum ACC level
  • 3+ years of demonstrated leadership coaching experience in a corporate/business environment
  • 5 years of facilitation experience, preferably online facilitation using Teams platform
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating at both the first-time leader and senior leader level
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources or L&D
  • Client focused, with a demonstrated ability to assess client needs
  • Collaborative, with superior listening, critical thinking, and writing skills
  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make informed decisions that demonstrate a broader scope of contextual and business understanding, rather than just an HR focus
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, rapidly changing work environment
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft suite products.
  • University degree in HR, Adult Education, IO Psychology, Business or related program

Desirable:


  • Experience working with global organizations.
