About the role
The Product Designer will be responsible for visioning, creating, testing, and launching a valuable suite of tools on our platform. Our ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of innovative design work demonstrating industry-leading design and business success and depth of work in product design, visual design, and UX (wireframes, journey maps, personas). Beyond your design work, you'll gain leadership responsibilities early on as we grow the team and close customers. You'll be involved in scaling the product, the team, and the entire company.

- Collaborate with Product Manager to conduct qualitative user research
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy
- Help establish effective design processes that enable rapid iteration
- Contribute to key product decisions through your unique design perspective

What We're Looking For
Must have
- 3+ years post-university experience as a Product Designer (or adjacent role as Product Manager or UX Researcher)
- At least one year of experience in an early-stage startup
- Comfortable conducting user interviews and experience with user research
- Strong product sense and the ability to design workflows to improve conversion metrics
- Experience building wireframes and mockups in Figma
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with designers
Nice to have
- Founder or similar experience building from 0 to 1
- Experience with voice interfaces and generative AI products
Note: this is an in-person role 4 days in Mountain View
