About the role
Loop.ai, a leading delivery intelligence platform for the food service industry, is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. This role will focus on creating and executing multi-channel campaigns to engage restaurant operators and food brands, showcasing their AI-powered solutions for optimizing delivery operations.
Role Expectations
- Campaign Development: Strategize, plan, and execute demand generation campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, events, and SEM.
- Lead Generation: Develop programs to capture and nurture leads, driving pipeline revenue for the automated delivery intelligence platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners to expand reach and visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities for growth and challenges in the industry.
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing roles.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of designing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Tableau for performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience selling SaaS to restaurants, ideally large chains
- Experience working with an early stage startup
- Located in or willing to travel to one of our hubs - San Francisco, New York City, Tampa
