ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We believe that our success is dependent on the value our customers derive from our product and the experience they have with both our product and our team. In your role as a Customer Implementation Specialist,
- You'll engage with our Solution Engineers to understand specific Customer Requirements and the solution outputs our Customers require
- You'll develop in-depth product feature knowledge (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) and toolkit skills
- You'll utilize your experience in creative problem solving, application configuration and self-management to prioritize and implement key configurations for our customers’ Conductor instances.
- You'll own delivery of your set tasks: application solution’s, configurations and performing data operations
- You’ll work closely with our Customer Engineering team to ensure that how we configure Conductor aligns precisely with our customers’ needs and vision.

- You have impeccable written and verbal communications skills.

- You’re data savvy – you enjoy understanding the insights that data provides
- Having experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Looker is a must!
- You have at least 4+ years of previous experience in delivery, technical support, or professional services for SaaS organizations
ABOUT YOUR DAY
- You’ll work on the actual delivery of Customer requirements
- You’ll Update Kanban boards and plan your capacity
- You'll attend solutioning calls, status meetings, and department check-ins
- You're always prepared to jump into ad hoc meetings and conversations as needed.
- You’ll align your rituals and routines to our company and departmental objectives and key results.
- You’ll work on improving your Conductor skillset and supporting tools such as MS Excel
