About the role
As a Recruiter at All The Hires, you will be a crucial part of our talent project execution team, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's growth and success.
You will contribute by:
- Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilising various sourcing strategies, including online channels, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and attract top talent.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of our employer brand to attract top talent and promote a positive image of the organization.
- Using recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
You will bring with you:
Must-haves
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a senior role, 3+ years.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Additional experience in process automation, digital marketing, data analysis, or corporate training is a plus.

- Preference will be given to candidates based in Latvia, Estonia, or Poland.
