Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated individual to gain practical experience in software development. The role involves contributing to internal projects, including the design, development, and maintenance of an internal platform that facilitates seamless communication and access to information for our employees. This platform will also allow candidates to create user accounts to track their recruitment process. In this position, you will collaborate with team members, learn programming languages and tools, and enhance your technical skills while participating in the software development process and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in software development tasks, such as coding, testing, and debugging.
  • Learn and apply programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and learning sessions.

Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of back-end frameworks (PHP, Java).
  • Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), user authentication protocols, and SSO.
  • Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs.

Soft skills:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
