HR Associate
CIX is looking for an independent, proactive, and engaging HR Associate to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Director, HR, this role plays a vital part in supporting both core HR operations and day-to-day office coordination, ensuring a positive employee experience and smooth internal processes.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Handle full-cycle HR processes including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Administer monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS or relevant systems.
- Support employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and verification requests.
- Assist with performance review processes, leave tracking, and other HR programs.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with current legislation and MOM regulations.
- Post job openings across various job boards and portals including but not limited to LinkedIn and MyCareersFuture.
HR System Administration
- Manage and update the HR system to ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR system troubleshooting and vendor liaison.
Workplace Operations Support
- Ensure pantry supplies are well-stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the office environment, coordinating with cleaning staff or external vendors as necessary.
- Support general office operations and events, including managing stationery, deliveries, and visitors.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations and/or office administration.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and payroll regulations.
