We are looking for a creative and driven part-time Content Specialist to help us grow our online presence and engage our audience. This role is perfect for a last-year student or a recent graduate with some experience in content creation and a passion for talent and recruitment industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and newsletters that align with our company’s mission and values.
- SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Content Calendar: Assist in creating and managing a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and distribution.
- Research: Conduct market and industry research to inform content topics and keep up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition.
- Social Media Management: Draft and schedule posts for our social media platforms, engaging with our audience to increase visibility and followers.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and lead generation, providing insights for future content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our CEO and Talent Acquisition Lead to align content with overall business goals and initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 6-12 months of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role (internships, freelance work, or student projects count).
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and content management tools (e.g., Tilda Publishing, Planable, Hubspot, ClickUp).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about talent acquisition, HR, or related fields.
