Executive Operations & Special Projects Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Executive Operations & Special Projects Associate to directly support our CEO. This role will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, managing executive communications, and executing high-impact projects across various departments as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar, prioritizing communications and scheduling with strategic judgment
- Prepare and refine presentations for various departments and stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
Special Projects
- Execute special projects aimed at driving ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and NRR (Net Revenue Retention)
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that require navigating multiple departments
- Contribute to company-wide strategic projects as assigned
- Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline operational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or executive support
- Strong generalist background with ability to quickly adapt to various business functions
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation software
- Experience supporting executives or in a fast-paced business environment
