The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our international reach, driving growth, and contributing to our mission of sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Assess Global Opportunities: Identify and assess potential joint venture partners, acquisition targets, and investment opportunities within the global renewable energy industry, with a particular emphasis on solar, wind, water, and grid development projects.
- Negotiate and Structure International Deals: Lead negotiations, due diligence, and deal structuring for global joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisitions, ensuring favourable terms for Sync Neural in solar, wind, water, and grid development initiatives.
- Global Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute global strategic plans for joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development, ensuring alignment with Sync Neural's global business objectives.
- Global Risk Management: Evaluate and manage risks associated with global joint ventures in solar, wind, water, and grid development and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's global interests.
- Global Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including global feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI assessments for prospective joint ventures and investments in solar, wind, water, and grid development.
- Global Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential global partners, international industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate global collaboration and growth opportunities in solar, wind, water, and grid development.
- Global Compliance: Ensure that all global joint venture activities in solar, wind, water, and grid development comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across various regions and jurisdictions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
