About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on empowering customers and internal teams to maximize value from our products through training, education, and technical support. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with excellent communication skills to drive adoption and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs and materials for customers and internal teams
- Provide technical guidance and training to help users fully leverage our solutions
- Work directly with customers to address questions and enhance their product knowledge
- Create educational content including tutorials, guides, and best practices documentation
- Track and analyze enablement metrics to continuously improve programs
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather insights and inform enablement strategies
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted training to address them
- Stay current on product updates to ensure enablement content remains relevant
Requirements
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with debugging technical issues to support training and enablement efforts
- SQL knowledge and ability to explain data concepts to users
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand product functionality
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (required for customer-facing calls)
- Personable demeanor with an education-focused mindset
- Exemplary work ethic (non-negotiable)
- High level of attention to detail in all tasks
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new concepts rapidly
- Ability to work effectively in the Eastern Time Zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or Marketing
- Previous experience in sales or customer support
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Experience with user education or enablement in a technical environment
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials
