What You’ll Do:
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You’ll contribute to the development of autonomous agents and AI-native products. This will include making strategic decisions on the AI stack, managing prompt systems, and creating robust evaluation frameworks to scale AI capabilities while ensuring top-tier quality and reliability. Additionally, you’ll be involved in full-stack development, building AI-powered applications across web, mobile, and desktop platforms, with a focus on high velocity and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Infrastructure & Systems:
- Deploy production AI systems using Sonnet-3.5, GPT-4o, and other models.
- Design and implement robust prompt management and evaluation frameworks within Braintrust.
- Build agent orchestration and monitoring systems to enhance AI reliability.
Full-stack Engineering:
- Develop AI-native applications across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Use TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, and Node.js to build scalable AI-integrated experiences.
- Implement AI-powered interfaces, multi-modal models, and real-time data processing.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience, with a strong track record in AI engineering.
- Extensive experience building and deploying production LLM applications.
- Expertise in AI model architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Python, SQL, Bash, and API development.
- Familiarity with full-stack development frameworks: React, Next.js, Zustand, React Native, and TailwindCSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mentality, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Ability to work autonomously, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
