From developing bespoke Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) implementations to designing proprietary storage layers optimized for our advanced blockchain node solutions, our team is at the forefront of industry innovation.We’re looking for a proactive and friendly part-time office coordinator to help keep our San Francisco office running smoothly. This role is 20 hour or 2 days a week in our Union Square office, offering a dynamic work environment with varying team presence.
You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of office-related tasks—from day-to-day operations to coordinating team events and managing supplies.
What you will do
Office Operations: Manage communication with building management and maintenance teams, coordinate inspections, and keep the office space organized and welcoming.Team Support: Collaborate with key staff to ensure the office is set up for maximum functionality and comfort, and help improve the office environment as needed.Budget & Purchases: Keep office purchases within budget, track receipts, and ensure all orders are made on time.Inventory Management: Oversee and streamline asset and inventory management, including office supplies, keys, equipment loans, and IT hardware.Stocking & Catering: Keep the office stocked with supplies, snacks, and beverages.
Manage breakfast and lunch orders, and oversee catering arrangements.Deliveries & Mail: Handle incoming deliveries from UPS, USPS, and FedEx, ensuring packages are received and distributed efficiently.Office Events: Assist in organizing in-office celebrations (work anniversaries, birthdays, etc.)
