For more information, visit our careers blog.We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Operations Manager to optimize and scale our partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in managing the operational aspects of our channel and technology partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience in partner operations, SaaS business models, and cross-functional project management.Reporting to the Revenue Operations Team you will also be part of a high-performing team and will be expected to take ownership of your area of responsibility working closely with the local senior leadership.

Key responsibilities


  • Partner Enablement & Support: Develop and manage operational processes to onboard, train, and support partners effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and automate partner workflows, including deal registration, contract management, and revenue tracking.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and enhance partner performance dashboards, providing insights into partner success, engagement, and revenue contribution in the CRM. Contribute to Partner results presentation (QBR, Team meeting, etc)
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve partner experience and alignment.
  • Platform & Tools Management: Oversee partner relationship management (PRM) tools, CRM integrations, and other relevant systems.
  • Compliance & Contracts: Ensure partners comply with company policies, legal agreements, and operational best practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Define & develop KPIs and track success across partner programs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Partner Communication: Act as a key point of contact for partner operations, addressing inquiries, escalations, and process enhancements. Act as a key liaison/partner between the Partner Team, Revenue Operations and Finance departments for Data alignment

Required Qualification & Experience:


  • Experience: Strong business acumen with 3-7 years in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PRM and CRM tools (Salesforce, or similar, PartnerStack, Impartner or equivalent) and data analytics platforms.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze partner performance data and drive actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.High level of personal drive, self-motivated and passionate. Possesses a natural curiosity to learnStrong interpersonal skills, experienced building strong cross-functional working relationships

$135,000 - $145,000 a yearFor compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
