HR Generalist will support:
- Staffing, performance management, and training.
- Employee relations matters such as internal investigations, employee /manager counseling, employee engagement, etc.
- Reporting HR analytics to provide critical data re: staffing.
- HR planning and procedures; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manuals
- Development of department goals, objectives and systems.
- Recruitment including posting, screening and offers.
- Project work to improve processes/implement new programs.
Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree and three to five years’ human resource experience, or a master’s degree in human resource management and two years’ experience in the HR field, or seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.-Must possess strong recruiting and employee relations knowledge and experience.-Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives occurring simultaneously.-Must possess a high level of professionalism and discretion due to the highly confidential nature of the role.
