You will be at the center of shaping a seamless, engaging trading experience that maximizes turnover, ARPU, user retention, while ensuring scalable infrastructure and sustainable operating costs.In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and operations, ensuring that every feature we ship is both impactful and cost-conscious.

Key Responsibilities


Marketplace Growth & Strategic Development


  • Product Roadmap: Own and evolve the Mythical Marketplace roadmap, prioritizing features that drive revenue, retention, and marketplace turnover.
  • Platform Evolution: Continuously improve our web trading experience.
  • OPEX Awareness: Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure each feature brings tangible business value while maintaining low infra load, architecture complexity, and operational cost.
  • Documentation: Translate product strategy into clear and actionable business requirements for engineering, design, and analytics teams.

Operational Excellence & Retention


  • LiveOps Coordination: Partner with support, dev, and data teams to deliver engaging promotions, events, and marketplace updates that boost user retention and inventory liquidity.
  • Issue Resolution: Triage user-reported issues, track incident patterns, and work with devs to deliver timely and transparent resolutions.
  • User Feedback Loop: Monitor feedback channels and platform health to surface actionable insights for improving user experience.

Innovation & Market Insights


  • Competitive Intelligence: Keep a close eye on marketplace trends, pricing models, and emerging player behaviors across the Web3 and gaming industries.
  • Differentiation: Identify and champion new revenue-generating ideas - from AI-powered insights to trading mechanics - that help Mythical stand out.

Experimentation & UX Optimization


  • A/B Testing: Develop and run experiments to validate product hypotheses, improve conversion funnels, and fine-tune key flows without compromising performance.
  • UX Iteration: Work with designers and analysts to refine navigation, information architecture, and in-market interactions.

Analytics & Metrics


  • KPI Ownership: Monitor key marketplace metrics (GMV, ARPU, retention, item turnover, churn) and use them to guide product direction.
  • Tooling: Leverage GA4, Snowplow, and internal dashboards to track performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Team Alignment: Align priorities across engineering, analytics, game economy, trust & safety, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and goal alignment.
  • Product Quality: Maintain high UX and platform consistency standards while balancing innovation with reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications


  • Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, gaming, or e-commerce.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field. Tech-focused background is a strong plus.
  • Technical Fluency: Solid grasp of system architecture, frontend/backend interactions, APIs, and infrastructure trade-offs. No coding required, but you must be comfortable discussing solutions with engineers.
  • Business Impact: Proven track record of driving growth in revenue, retention, or conversion through smart product decisions.
  • Data & Analytics: Skilled in using data to prioritize features, measure success, and uncover optimization opportunities. Familiarity with tools like GA4, Snowplow, etc.
  • A/B Testing & UX: Experience designing and evaluating experiments, optimizing user flows for engagement and monetization.
  • Architecture & Scalability Awareness: Understand how product decisions affect OPEX, infra load, and long-term maintainability.
  • Execution & Collaboration: Strong partner to engineering, design, and analytics; able to ship impactful features efficiently.
  • Self-Starter: Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with a balance of autonomy and teamwork.
  • Interest in Gaming & Web3: A strong plus if you’re excited about gaming ecosystems, NFTs, and the future of Web3 marketplaces.
  • Language: English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
