Position Overview: Junior Associate Account Manager
This full-time apprenticeship is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is eager to learn and contribute to exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Task Ownership: Take initiative to own tasks and projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate client meetings, internal syncs, and follow-ups.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Actively participate in client calls, showcasing strategic thinking and adding value to client interactions.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on deliverables and expectations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, development, paid media, social media, and revops teams to drive results and ensure seamless project execution.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous approach to managing tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring accuracy in client-facing materials.
- Professional Development: Pursue continuous learning opportunities, including certifications, reading, and training, to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
