C3 AI is seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Strategic Solutions to spearhead initiatives within the Federal Strategic Intelligence Community. This is a critical role requiring expertise in aligning advanced AI capabilities with the operational and analytical needs of the Intelligence community. This is a quota-based, front line, sales opportunity to drive customer adoption, with a rapidly growing leader in Enterprise AI software. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment while helping clients realize their objectives through innovative AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored AI strategies that align with the mission-critical objectives of Intelligence agencies.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, program managers, and key stakeholders across the Intelligence community.
- Navigate unique challenges, regulatory requirements, and procurement processes specific to Federal Intelligence agencies to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, marketing) to design bespoke AI applications addressing agency-specific needs like threat detection, pattern analysis, and operational optimization.
- Represent C3 AI as a thought leader within Intelligence community forums, advocating for technological advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Identify high-value opportunities for collaboration with partner organizations within the broader Intelligence, Defense and National Security ecosystem.
- Conduct account-based strategy planning and engage in hands-on sales development activities.
- Travel to agency sites up to 50% of the time (or more) based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI access is a minimum essential requirement
- Proven success in selling SaaS or AI-driven solutions within the Intelligence community or Federal Defense sector.
- Deep understanding of the operational landscape, security challenges, and analytical needs of Intelligence Community agencies.
- Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, data integration, and analytics, with a focus on their applications within Intelligence operations.
- Strong track record in building and maintaining strategic relationships with high-level decision-makers and influencers within government organizations.
- Familiarity with federal procurement mechanisms and contracting vehicles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in sales consulting or management consulting is advantageous.
