Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales professional with a passion for relationship-building.The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience in Matchmaking/Dating industry membership sales
- Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
- Minimum of two years working in a remote role
- Must have a quiet distraction-free work space
- A 4-year degree (preferred areas: psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus)
- The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. Using a consultative sales approach you will build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them.
