This Clinician will provide in-person direct services and progress reports/IEPs for a blended caseload of K-12 students. As the dedicated SLP, you'll be an essential part of the team, working closely with students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services.

Compensation & Benefits:


Pay Range: $61,820 - $82,530 (based on qualifications and experience).

  • Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to make eligibility determinations, prepare treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention 
  • Provide high-quality direct & indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs 
  • Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills 
  • Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions 
  • Make determinations regarding discharge/dismissal from therapy and appropriate accommodations 
  • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings 
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders to support students’ communication and participation in the academic curriculum 
  • Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines 
  • Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children. 
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. 
  • Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists. 
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education
