Job Description
Summary:The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a key role in supporting global payroll operations, with 75% of responsibilities focused on payroll accounting and 25% acting as an EOR support across payroll functions as needed. This role ensures payroll data accuracy, reconciliations, and compliance with financial regulations while also stepping in to assist with payroll processing across different regions.What will you do?
- Prepare and review payroll journal entries, ensuring proper allocation to general ledger accounts.
- Perform payroll reconciliations between payroll registers, financial statements, and bank accounts.
- Analyze payroll variances, accruals, and tax liabilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to payroll.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation for internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Step in to assist with payroll processing during peak periods, payroll acquisitions, system implementations, or team absences.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing across NAM, APAC, and EMEA regions supporting 1,500+ employees where needed.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of payroll system enhancements or process improvements.
- Abide by Payroll SLAs.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of related payroll experience
- 3+ years of payroll accounting experience with an emphasis on detail reconciliations
- ADP & Workday experience
- Thrives in fast-paced and growing environments with strong time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write correspondence with an understanding of the audience
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other managers and employees
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels both verbally and in writing
