As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Strategy Lead to join our Executive Strategy Team and Strategy Management Team to shape the future of our business.

Position Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Lead to drive the development and execution of Lonestar Electric Supply’s long-term strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with our executive leadership and strategy teams to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop actionable strategies to enhance our competitive position.

Key Responsibilities


  • Facilitate the development and execution of Lonestar Electric Supply’s long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Strategy Team and Strategy Management Team to align strategic objectives with      business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop business models, financial projections, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company’s strategic direction.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new business opportunities, partnerships, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in the electrical supply or distribution industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning tools.
