The Opportunity


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team and expand our presence in the Boulder and Longmont, Colorado markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in healthcare sales and a strong network within the healthcare industry. If you're a driven, goal-oriented individual with a passion for senior care and a knack for building relationships, we want you on our team.As a key player in our business development strategy, you’ll be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and contributing directly to our revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For


Healthcare Experience is a Must:

You must have a strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly within senior care or home care services. We are looking for someone who not only understands the market but also has established connections and a network within the healthcare ecosystem.

Proven Sales Expertise:

A track record of success in healthcare sales, with at least
2 years of proven experience in a similar role, is required. Your ability to close deals, build relationships, and exceed sales quotas will set you apart.

Self-Starter with Ambition:

You are driven, hungry for success, and have a "never give up" attitude. Your hunger for growth and commitment to excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Strategic Thinker:

You are not just a salesperson; you're a problem solver who can identify market trends; craft tailored solutions and execute strategies that lead to sustained business growth.

Excellent Communicator:

You possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable engaging with senior executives, industry professionals, and prospective clients.

Collaborative Team Player:

While you will be responsible for your individual sales goals, you’ll also work closely with a passionate,     supportive team that shares your commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities


Drive business development efforts in the Boulder and Longmont territories, focusing on new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

  • Leverage your industry experience and network to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Create and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, identifying high-value prospects and opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in the healthcare space and present Family Tree Private Care's suite of services in a compelling way.
  • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring continuous growth and achievement of quarterly sales quotas.
  • Work with internal teams and healthcare partners to collaborate on solutions, refine service offerings, and close high-value deals.
  • Track and report on sales activity, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely follow-up on opportunities.

Qualifications


  • Healthcare Industry Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, senior care, or home care services.
  • Proven success in a sales-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and senior care needs.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Requirements

Physical Requirements


  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds for client presentations, demos, or materials.
