About the role


We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Partner Manager to accelerate our ISV ecosystem and build impactful, long-term partnerships with complementary technology providers. You’ll focus on driving co-sell, integration, and go-to-market opportunities that enhance customer value and grow revenue.This role will be based in the US and responsible for managing and mentoring a UK-based Partner Manager. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our ISV partnerships deliver measurable business impact.

What will you be doing?


  • Owning and expanding our ISV partner ecosystem in North America, with a focus on high-impact cloud, observability, and data platform partners
  • Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, joint value propositions, GTM planning, and pipeline development
  • Building strong executive and day-to-day relationships with partner stakeholders to deepen engagement
  • Defining and tracking success metrics for each partnership, aligning on mutual goals and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering to support partner integrations and solution alignment
  • Working closely with Sales to drive joint opportunities, enablement, and partner-influenced revenue
  • Managing and supporting a UK-based Partner Manager, sharing best practices and aligning efforts across regions

What experience are we looking for?


  • You have experience in a partner-facing role within a B2B SaaS or data infrastructure company
  • You’ve built and scaled ISV partner programs or have deep experience working with technical ecosystems
  • You’re confident navigating and influencing cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
  • You have strong commercial instincts, understanding how to align partnerships to revenue impact
  • You’ve led or mentored others and enjoy helping others grow and succeed
  • You're a clear communicator, highly organized, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • You’ve worked with or around data infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud-native tooling
