Revenue team, you’ll be at the intersection of innovation and monetization, crafting ad experiences that are seamless, strategic, and user-first.This is a unique opportunity to work on high-scale ad delivery, while contributing to an app that ranks consistently among the top 10 on Google Play and the App Store.

What You'll Do


  • Own ad delivery on Android—implement and optimize ad units across the app using Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Build innovative monetization features in collaboration with AdOps and Product to maximize advertiser value and minimize user friction.
  • Triage and solve performance bottlenecks related to ad SDKs and rendering.
  • Architect clean, modular ad systems that integrate naturally into our user experience.
  • Lead and mentor across the Android team, setting a high bar for quality and craftsmanship.

Who You Are


  • An Android developer with 5+ years of experience, primarily in Kotlin.
  • A Google Ad Manager expert, with 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating and managing ad SDKs.
  • Passionate about creating user-respectful ad experiences that don’t compromise performance or design.
  • A team-first leader—comfortable mentoring peers and representing engineering in cross-functional discussions.
  • Self-driven and able to take projects from concept to launch independently.
