We are on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Knix Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and evolving the Knix brand by creating impactful, compelling designed content across focused channels. This role will collaborate closely with creative and cross-functional teams to drive brand relevance, support exclusive product launches and more.

The Opportunity


  • Be part of the creative execution of campaigns and brand moments—from exclusive launches to seasonal drops—redefining and refreshing how Knix shows up across all touchpoints.
  • Design and produce marketing materials across all channels, including emails, paid digital, organic social, in-store signage, and more.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters and ACD's to build brand-first campaign concepts that create impact and drive engagement.
  • Connect regularly with cross-functional teams (Digital Advertising, Social, Product Design, and Retail) to stay informed on business priorities, product innovations, and customer insights.
  • Lead the evolution of the Knix brand by helping to define and implement type systems, design standards, and updated brand guidelines as we scale.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, ensuring all creative output aligns with the larger brand vision.
  • Translate high-level creative strategy into tangible, effective assets that communicate clearly and with heart.
  • Confidently own and lead complex projects with multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Take a 360º approach to campaign design—thinking through every detail across both digital and in-person customer experiences.

Qualifications


  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in Graphic Design within a Marketing or Advertising context.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, retail moments, and how design can drive cultural relevance.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Exceptional skills in digital design and production
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proven experience leading brand initiatives and designing for end-to-end campaigns
  • Experience in motion design is a strong asset
  • Bonus if you bring skills in art direction, photo retouching, packaging, UX, or animation
  • Retail and/or DTC experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through design
  • Strong collaboration skills with a team-first attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
