In this critical role, you will be the linchpin for operational efficiency within the Sales team, leveraging your strong technical acumen with sales tools, deep understanding of the sales process, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth deal progression and accurate data management.

Your passion for enabling the success of the Sales team, coupled with your resourceful problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, will be essential as you collaborate effectively with Sales leadership, Legal, CISO, and other internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Drive Efficient Deal Closure: Collaborate closely with the Field Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, CISO) to facilitate the smooth progression and closure of deals.
  • Maintain Data Integrity in Salesforce (SFDC): Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of SFDC records, including contracts, orders, customer data, and opportunities.
  • Administer and Optimize Sales Tools: Manage the administration, configuration, training, and troubleshooting of key sales tools, including SFDC and potentially others (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo).
  • Champion Continuous Improvement of Sales Processes: Identify, analyze, and implement improvements to existing sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and Maintain RevOps Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for sales processes, tool usage, and relevant policies.
  • Support Deal Documentation: Assist the sales team and collaborate cross-functionally to generate accurate quotes, contracts, NDAs, and responses to RFPs.
  • Perform Salesforce.com Administration: Manage essential SFDC administrative functions, including user account maintenance, security settings, training, configuration (workflows, reports, dashboards), and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING


  • BA or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly competent research & analysis skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and aggressive deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment or remotely from home.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com. Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
