- Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and pain points.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical Salesforce solutions.
- Document business processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects to design and implement system enhancements.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and custom development efforts.
- Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing system support.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to Salesforce capabilities and business processes.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, human centered design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
- Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration, system integrations, and change management.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex Salesforce implementations.
- Knowledge of APIs, data structures, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with third-party Salesforce apps and tools.
- Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Active DoD approved IAT Level 2 Certification is preferred
