Mulligan Funding is experiencing strong growth and seeks a self-motivated, high-performing Account Representative to join our Account Servicing and Collections Team. As an Account Representative, you will build and foster relationships with business owners who have borrowed from Mulligan Funding and require repayment assistance.
You will:
- Assess and understand the needs of small businesses and identify the solutions that our product offers.
- Develop a solid foundation of our business operations, product knowledge and how to effectively sell our product to merchants.
- Source and pursue new sales opportunities from our database of marketing and organic leads as well as former clients.
- Gain exposure to managing inbound leads post initial training period.
- Responsible for calling and engaging with merchants to sell and close deals (entirely phone-based sales).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
You have:
- At least 3 years in a sales capacity; preferably 5+ (Preferably B2B).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- A strong work-ethic and drive to be the best.
- Great organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A clear ability to engage on the phone while thinking and reacting quickly, in particular with numbers.
- A business acumen, enabling you to thoughtfully collaborate with small businesses.
- Experience being a closer.

$62,000 - $70,000 a yearA reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role is $29.80 to $33.65. With this position, there is also additional earning opportunity that will be discussed upon receiving an offer of employment.
