We are looking for an awesome Office Assistant (20 hours/week) to join our fast-paced Copenhagen team. As our new Office Assistant, you'll wear many hats, from keeping the office sparkling clean to managing orders and events.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll ensure our common areas and meeting rooms are tidy, organized, and welcoming. Think coffee station confidant, lunch prep extraordinaire, and kitchen maestro.
- You'll use Nemlig to keep our snack stash full, manage office supplies, and maintain a happy relationship with our suppliers.
- Working with our social GANsters, you'll help plan and initiate events such as summer parties, Julefrokost, team-building, Friday bars, and other fun activities.
- You'll manage basic IT setup and inventory, support HR and Finance with various admin tasks, and even tackle light reporting duties.
Requirements
- You're a whiz at multitasking and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive and fun work environment – spreading good vibes is your superpower!
- You have a service-minded and helpful attitude.
- You're a pro at organization and keeping track of details.
- You're comfortable using common office tools like Excel and Google Apps.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, and Danish fluency is a bonus.
