Requirements


Key Qualifications:


  • Strong hands-on experience in front-end development using React / Next.js, with a solid understanding of their core principles.
  • High proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in managing asynchronous data flows.
  • Proven ability to build responsive, adaptive, and accessible web applications.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Demonstrated commitment to code quality through practices such as automated testing, code reviews, and clean coding principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to debugging and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
  • Experience with modern testing tools like Playwright, Jest, Cucumber, and WireMock.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with international clients, particularly in Europe, with a deep understanding of diverse business needs and delivery expectations.
  • Proven experience managing engagements involving multiple vendors and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams.
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-availability systems supporting high volumes of concurrent users.
