YOUR MISSIONAs a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at True Anomaly, you will report to the Supply Chain Manager and play a critical role in managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring seamless flow of materials to support True Anomaly’s mission. You will work cross-functionally to maintain accurate stock levels, verify incoming goods, and adhere to cleanroom procedures in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through tracking systems, cycle counts, and audits
Store and handle sensitive aerospace materials following proper procedures and compliance standards
Process purchase orders, reconcile deliveries with procurement, and manage return shipments
Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments while ensuring regulatory and ITAR compliance
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to fulfill inventory requests and meet operational deadlines
Follow cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain quality and compliance

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow logistics procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with warehouse equipment and ability to operate forklift / pallet stacker
Must be able to lift up to 50lb
Passion for the space industry and commitment to operational excellence

Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000-$70,000
Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Work Location – This role requires 100% on-site work at the Company’s Denver, CO headquarters
