This position ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment by managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and addressing facility-related needs. The Technician collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, providing technical expertise and support to enhance the functionality and sustainability of ecoATM’s spaces.
With a strong focus on customer service, this role addresses the facility needs of employees while upholding health, safety, and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase facility efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and repairing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Managing inventory and ensuring the availability of supplies and materials for operational needs.
- Conducting safety inspections to maintain compliance with regulations and promptly resolving issues.
- Supporting the planning and execution of facility projects, including expansions and modifications.
- Managing vendor relationships and evaluating performance to ensure quality services.
- Promoting sustainable practices and contributing to process improvements for better efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance or a facilities-related role.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location.
