Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager who will support in driving, developing, and managing product development within our business unit. Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting marketing and competitor research to understand the Insurtech, cybersecurity, and AI security ecosystem, market trends, competition, and user needs.
- Support the management of the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resources.
- Work with UX/UI designers to develop user stories, mockups and prototypes to communicate clearly the business context and product requirements with fellow product managers, developers and business stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating scrum meetings and other agile processes.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to track and support product progress.
- Contribute to nurturing a user-centric and product-lead company culture by evangelizing product vision and thinking with designers, engineers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to build and maintain detailed project plans throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute ideas and participate in discussions around product improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in a related role or internship in product management, technology, or business analysis.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset—excited to take on challenges, learn from feedback, and continually improve.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious and willing to learn about the Insurtech, Cybersecurity and AI industry and new technologies.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage.
