  • Lead content planning and production across multiple formats (blog, videos, reports, web pages, interactive tools), managing both in-house and external contributions.
  • Shape content strategy with cross-functional partners, working closely with product marketing, demand generation, creative, and campaign teams.

  • Champion AI and content innovation, experimenting with emerging tools and best practices to evolve Yext’s content strategy.

What You Have

  • 8+ years in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive business impact.
  • Background in multi-format content creation (e.g., video, interactive tools, email, reports) and multi-channel distribution strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience, working with product marketing, growth, and revenue teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in content performance measurement and optimization.
  • Expertise in SEO, AIO, and generative search optimization, ensuring content is discoverable and effective.

  • Experience managing content repositories, workflows, and editorial calendars for efficiency and impact.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools, with a passion for experimentation and innovation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana preferred) to streamline content production.

Bonus Points

  • Experience integrating AI into content workflows—whether through AI-powered writing, automation, or experimentation with AI-generated assets.
