As a member of the Growth Marketing Team, you will develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies for specific audiences, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across email, digital, in-platform notifications, and other marketing channels. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Brand, and more to deliver a seamless and effective customer journey.This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to define and refine Yext’s lifecycle marketing strategy, enhance customer engagement, and drive pipeline growth for the business.

What You'll Do


  • Own and develop lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for assigned audience segments, mapping touchpoints and optimizing experiences across channels.
  • Become an expert on our target accounts through analysis using tools like 6sense and Salesforce to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate on the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, in-app notifications, social media, and partner channels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing leads to define, manage, and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for new and existing product initiatives and features.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to refine lifecycle programs based on sales feedback and needs, ensuring programs address pipeline gaps and support revenue goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle efforts with broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, using reach, engagement, and pipeline results/KPIs to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.

What You Have


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in role or domain (lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, campaigns, or demand generation)
  • 2+ years experience working in high-tech, B2B SaaS software or technology companies
  • Experience enhancing customer engagement, conversion, and retention through lifecycle marketing tactics
  • The ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions
  • Strong writing skills to create compelling channel content that conveys Yext’s value props
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and/or ABM platforms like Marketo, Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, etc
  • Experience with Google sheets/Excel are a must. Bonus points for experience or an appetite to learn tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or Hockeystack 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes

#LI-PVPay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave.
