POSITION OVERVIEW
Aardvark Studios is hiring a Tour Manager & Driver to lead an exciting event tour across Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to manage daily operations, drive a branded vehicle, and serve as the public face of our traveling event.This is a full-time, temporary contract role. Travel, lodging, and daily per diem are fully covered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What makes you the ideal candidate:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Must be a Pennsylvania resident (required)
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to lift and set up equipment
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate and maintain tour vehicle throughout Pennsylvania.
- Manage all logistical aspects of each event stop, including load-in, setup, and breakdown.
- Emcee live events, engaging with attendees and maintaining high energy.
- Set up sound, tech, and microphone systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or vehicle.
- Assist with inventory and supply maintenance.
- Ensure proper storage and security of event equipment.
Requirements or What else is helpful:
- Clean driving record
- A positive attitude and a passion for Pennsylvania
- Must be a Pennsylvania resident
- DOT Med Card a plus!
- Previous experience in live events, driving tours, or customer service
