This position will report into the Social Media Manager, but will support both social media and influencer community building efforts, as well as the larger brand team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Community Management
- Be the voice of Supergoop! on all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and future platforms). This includes comments, DMs, tweets, etc. – anywhere our community is, you’ll be there too!
- Brand Building Engagement
- Drive proactive community engagement initiatives and outreach to our followers, influencers, and other brands to join relevant cultural conversations
- Support in Process Creation with Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with CX and copy teams to gather feedback, insights and concerns and create efficient processes for community management that creates consistency across the organization
- Community-First Social Content
- Support Social Media Manager in surfacing community-first content ideas, pitching in to create content when needed and contributing to analytics reports
- Influencer Support
- Support the influencer team in creating mailer lists, influencer outreach and engagement, relationship building, and daily send outs.
- Support in the management of our Sunshine Crew ambassador program
- Brand Marketing Team Support
- Support the IRL team by helping out at brand events and influencer trips
Job Qualifications:
- 1 -3 years of relevant experience in customer facing, community building role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Beauty experience is a plus
- Tribe knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of social media networks (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Substack)
- Strong communication skills, enthusiastic, and open to working on a small, scrappy team
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Dash Hudson and community management platforms like Gorgias, Sprout Social, Hootsuite is a plus!
- Creative thinker, problem solver and writer
- Strong pulse on current cultural trends within social and influencer
- Passionate about sun protection and all things Supergoop!
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000/year paid as an hourly, OT eligible employee
