The AETC IT Portfolio Management encompasses IT compliance reporting for IT investments and initiatives funded by HQ AETC and AETC organizations. Our PfM professionals complete tasks such as advising information system owners and program managers, assisting AETC stakeholders with IT investment registration, updates, and change requests, and managing IT portfolio management data. Minimum Position Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in DoD Program Management and information systems Portfolio Management (PfM), including investment compliance, data collection, and reporting activities.• Ability to manage IT portfolio data in the Information Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS)• Knowledge of IT budget reporting and IT compliance reporting, such as: Clinger-Cohen Act, Privacy Act of 1974; Section 508, IT Portfolio Management Services, Capability Analysis Services, Governance Integration Services, and IT Investment Management/Information Management Decision Support Services.
