We’re hiring two Front-End Developers to join our growing team:

What you can expect
as a Front-end Developer at LeadDesk
- You'll be developing new features smoothly using ReactJS, Redux, and Saga
- You'll be maintaining and improving our existing product
- You'll be writing clean, high-quality code
- You'll be ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience (UX)
- You'll be contributing to happy, satisfied clients
What Success Looks Like:

irst 2-3 months:
- Gain overview of LeadDesk’s products, users, tech stack, and development workflows.
- Familiarize yourself with the existing front-end architecture
- Build strong relationships with your team
- Contribute to improving the front-end codebase by addressing bugs, refining UI components, and adopting best practices.
- Begin establishing efficient collaboration workflows between front-end development, design, and product teams.
- Deliver your first end-to-end front-end feature, improving a critical user workflow or interface.
First 6 months
- Take ownership of a key area of the UI and drive consistency and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with designers to implement accessible and responsive UI
- Actively contribute to sprint planning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and scalable front-end code.

Must-haves
- React.js, Redux, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS - At least 3 years of real-world work experience
- Node.js, Express.js, SQL Databases - preferably mySQL - At least 3 years of real-world work experience

Practicalities

- Employment: Full-time and permanent
- Compensation: EUR 3500-4500 per month
