We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our vibrant team in Calgary. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, driving talent acquisition, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that our HR policies and practices support our workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and effective onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Track training completion, ensure policy awareness, and support professional development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Lead performance management processes and support employee development through training and mentoring programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records accurately.
- Develop and implement HR metrics to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Experience with ADP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and global workforce management.
