Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Matric and B Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Diploma/Degree will be advantageous • Business development skills and knowledge• Sound knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act• Sound business and financial acumen• Sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations • Computer literate (MS Office) CRM, SAP will be an advantage• Understanding of the internal functions of the business• Mechanical reasoning, knowledge of earthmoving equipment and industry• Customer responsiveness, influence and negotiating skills • Results orientated, available to travel as and when required • Understanding of processes /procedures of Maintenance owned contract sites • Understanding of OEM Warranty processes
