• Implementation and maintenance of equipment management processes and associated risk for Barloworld Equipment and our customers.• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability (includes management of HR value chain).• Effective management of safety, health, environment and quality risks.• Track record in leading / managing people in a team-based & participative environment (experience in managing a service operation advantageous) (CRITICAL)• Sound business and financial acumen, Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes• Sound HR and IR skills• Sound knowledge of the Minerals Act (with sound knowledge of safety rules and regulations)• Sound business communication and presentation skills• Sound PC knowledge (Microsoft Office)• Good interpersonal skills to develop internal and external customer relations.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Matric or Equivalent• Track record as a workshop supervisor/manager and demonstrated skills in business development, financial management and leading/managing people in a team –based and participative environment, 5 -7 Years experience.• Analytical Ability, Problem Solving• Teamwork, Assertiveness, Conflict Management• Plan, Organise, Control• Influencing And Negotiation• Drive (Results Focused)
