What you'll be doing...


The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the activities of the Audit Department and assisting the Sr. Manager with departmental oversight and projects.Leading a team of up to 15 employees, you will:

  • Provide direction, motivation, and assistance to employees to ensure high-quality work
  • Set and manage department goals and standards
  • Ensure employees have appropriate training and resources
  • Assist in resolving escalated or contentious cases
  • Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiencies, service-levels to internal and external customers
  • Foster a work environment for team members that is positive, collaborative, and highly productive
  • Manage the results and actions of the team (training, payroll, performance management, etc.)

Who you are...


  • Educated. BA degree (preferred) or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Experienced. Effectively manages workflow; develops strong relationships across departments
  • Leadership. 2-3 years’ supervisory experience, leading, developing, and motivating teams; experience leading remote teams a plus
  • Communication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organized.  Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

If hired, you can expect...


  • Starting salary range of $7,289 - $9,861 per month.  Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
