Learn more about our offices here.As Marketing Program Manager, you are responsible for managing day-to-day execution of our global integrated marketing programs in support of revenue goals.  You will work in close partnership with demand generation managers and the broader marketing and field teams to streamline program activities and effectiveness at each stage of the buyer journey. You will manage program deliverables to ensure timelines are met, monitor budget, track performance, and continuously look for ways to optimize while improving processes.   

What You Will Do


  • Collaborative Program Management - Drive collaborative planning and execution of prioritized global programs that drive brand reputation, demand, and field enablement for new and existing customers to achieve monthly net-new lead acquisition, cross sell and pipeline targets 
  • Campaign Management - Execute integrated marketing programs aligned across all channels including digital (SEO/SEM, display), direct marketing (events, webinars, direct mail, field tools and enablement), content syndication, PR, social media, email, partners and influencers 
  • Campaign Localization - Work closely with field marketing team to identify unique regional campaign requirements and ensure global campaigns can quickly and successfully be executed in region  
  • Campaign Efficiency - Streamline campaign execution by optimizing workflows, leveraging marketing technology platforms, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.
  • Webinar Management - Oversee the end-to-end execution and logistics of webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, platform management, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless delivery.

What You Will Bring


To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.

Required Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience project planning and managing execution of multi-channel, B2B marketing programs 
  • Superior project management and collaborative skills with a keen ability to identify process improvement opportunities 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and can work well under pressure 
  • Go-getter attitude with a willingness to innovate and try new creative ideas 
  • Data-driven and analytical nature, with a strong attention to detail 
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Wrike, Salesforce, Eloqua or similar platforms  
  • Experience with various webinar platforms
  • Experience in financial, accounting, and planning SaaS solutions preferred but not required
