Learn more about our offices here.As a Product Adoption Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers fully leverage Prophix post-implementation. Reporting to a Manager, Product Adoption within the Customer Success Team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guide customers through best practices, training, troubleshooting, and adoption strategies. Your goal will be to foster strong relationships, ensure sustained product use, and align Prophix with customers’ evolving business needs.
What You Will Do
- Guide customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring seamless integration into their workflows.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Develop adoption strategies tailored to customers' business objectives, helping them maximize value from Prophix.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot product-related issues, and conduct performance and solution testing.
- Identify potential product adoption challenges and proactively address them to ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Develop training materials and self-service resources to enhance user enablement.
- Analyze customer feedback and propose solutions for improving Prophix adoption.
- Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing, consulting, or financial software role.
- Post-secondary education in Computing, Business, or Finance/Accounting.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Superior communication and presentation skills to engage with customers at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Confidence in interfacing professionally across all levels of an organization.
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial concepts (e.g., planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation).
- Experience in software implementation and the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space.
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with remote assistance technology for customer support.
