Technical AnalystStarting base salary $50,500 - $60,500 CAD*Plus Bonus, Equity & Benefits*Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the typicalrange for new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the role over time. Individual pay offersaredetermined by job-related skills and experience demonstrated during the interview process. The Technical Analyst provides Tier 2 application support relating to our technology solutions.  What you will be doing:

  • Troubleshooting, testing and coordinating to resolve reported application issues while providing status to internal and external clients.
  • Identify, understand and document client business requirements.
  • Manage a workload of support incidents and requests on a timely basis.
  • Ensure application changes follow incident management procedures and protocols.
  • Identify improvements to applications & processes to meet user needs and communicate to the appropriate departments.
  • Process data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform other related support duties as required.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good customer service orientation and ability to follow through issues to resolution
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
