Description
As a Workday Financials Consultant, you will utilize your expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Projects, and Business Assets to help our clients maximize their Workday Financials investment. You will work collaboratively with clients to design, implement, and optimize solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial and operational requirements.
- Design and implement Workday Financials solutions focusing on Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Projects, and Business Assets.
- Configure systems and integrate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide training and support to users, ensuring successful adoption of Workday Financials.Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Workday applications.Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and industry best practices to provide strategic insights to clients.
Qualifications Include
- Certified Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials solutions
- Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Projects, and Business Assets
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting is a plus
- Workday Implementer Financials Certification or Workday PRO (customer-side) Certification, preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.• Base Salary Range is $95,000 to $125,000 plus 15% variable compensation is available for thisspecific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.*During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration• Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
