Avaap is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Senior Enterprise Sales Architect to join our team. The Enterprise Sales Architect plays a crucial role in guiding prospective customers through the strategic and technical aspects of adopting Workday solutions.
Responsibilities Include
- Solution Design:Leverage your knowledge of Workday’s functionalities to create customized solutions that align with client requirements, including configuration details and potential integrations
- Proposal Development:Work closely with the sales and proposal development teams to prepare detailed proposals, outlining tailored Workday solutions, pricing structures, and implementation timelines
- Technical Expertise:Keep up-to-date with the latest Workday modules, updates, and features to answer client questions and provide expert guidance
- Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about competitor offerings and position Workday as the ideal solution for clients based on their needs and goals
- Sales Support:Actively support the sales team during meetings and Orals presentations by providing technical insights, answering client queries, and contributing to deal closure efforts
Skills, Experience, and/or Certifications
• Proven experience in a pre-sales technical role, preferably with a focus on Workday or enterprise software solutions• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, configuration, and integration capabilities• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients• Academic studies or equivalent work experience in practice-related discipline • Deep knowledge of practice offerings and services • Market-leading functional and technical knowledge and skills across product suite and demonstrated quickness learning new knowledge and skills • Prior experience leading large, complex teams and projects • Prior experience delivering consulting solutions for large, complex projects and/or clients • Demonstrated thought leadership and influence both inside and outside of the organization • Advanced knowledge of consulting industry • Prior experience driving sales including but not limited to proposals, presentations, work estimates, and Statement of Work (SOW) writing • Aptitude to learn and apply skills from across the practice domains to the selling experience • Demonstrated examples of meeting or exceeding behavioral expectations for previous title(s) in Avaap's Competency Model • Prior experience serving as a mentor for multiple mentees • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external • Advanced Microsoft Office skills consistent with consulting uses • Advanced skills in practice-specific software, tools, and/or technology • Advanced experience using NetSuite and OpenAir or similar ERP/PSA/CRM .• Certification in practice-related discipline (Workday certification required for Workday Practice)
Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.• Base Salary Range is $160,000 to $190,000 plus 30% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.*During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
